- Hire, train and supervise seasonal naturalists
- Design, implement, and evaluate outpost and adventure education programming
- Develop, implement and provide leadership for all environmental education programming
- Instruct environmental education classes as needed
- Write grants to fund new environmental education initiatives

Bif has worked as an outdoor educator and program coordinator at a YMCA facility in California for six years. Bif originally joined the Upham Staff in Spring of 2008
 Aleksandra Forsman

Aleksandra has worked at Rock Eagle 4-H Center in Georgia and has lead interpretive programs while working for the McHenry County, Illinois Conservation District. She has worked at Upham Woods since Janurary, 2009

Stefanie has worked as the Director of Outdoor Education at Campfire USA and as a camp counselor at Seaworld Adventure Park in California. Stafanie is from Fond du Lac and has worked at Upham Woods since Janurary, 2009.

Stephanie has led teen wilderness trips in Maine and taught boating in Lake Geneva. She holds a Wisconsin teaching certification. Stephanie originally joined the Upham Staff in Spring of 2008.
