Vos inducted into National 4-H Hall of Fame

vosFormer Wisconsin 4-H State Specialist and County Agent Dr. Kathleen “Kathi” Vos was inducted into the National 4-H Hall of Fame on Oct. 7 for her lifetime achievements and contributions to 4-H.

Vos was one 16 people inducted during a ceremony at the National 4-H Youth Conference Center in Chevy Chase, Maryland.

“We are proud to acknowledge the outstanding 2016 National 4-H Hall of Fame honorees for the passion, dedication, vision and leadership they’ve shown toward our young people during their many years of service to 4-H,” says Jeannette Rea Keywood, National 4-H Hall of Fame Committee Chair.

Kathi Vos is an enthusiastic, positive, forward thinker who inspires and mentors others to be innovative risk takers. Her contributions spanning 54 years as a 4-H member, 4-H volunteer, 4-H Agent and Specialist have impacted youth and families at local, state, national and international levels.
